Core to all our training is the unique, universally acclaimed ‘Just 5 Words’ development and analysis process.

We have taken our collective leadership experiences and considered the common themes to success. Our evaluation revealed that no matter how many scenarios we experienced, the same key elements were present. These key elements translated into 5 key words providing a powerful reminder of where the training focus should lie.

For those beginning their leadership journey ‘Just 5 Words’ reflects the need ‘to walk before we can run.’ For senior managers and directors, we expand this to ‘Just 10 Words’ to acknowledge the more complex considerations affecting leadership decisions at a higher level. Our two-tier learning can therefore flexibly target different audiences, depending on the requirements and experience of the participants.

Feedback is provided continually meaning that there is an immediate analysis of consequences of actions and more importantly, participants can revise their strategy before the next session. We encourage everyone to embrace mistakes, it is where the greatest learning takes place.
